Good video, also have a Ledger Nano X, highly recommended but also as you say not necessarily intuitive with their menu. I would like to point out that Ledger do assist if things get bad. I had an issue with my Ledger Blue & had emails/screenshots with support with no solution. They sent a courier around to receive my old ledger after zeroing & then sent a new ledger out from France to Australia. It worked after seed phrases entered. Good job by Ledger.

Additional suggestion – Take your 24-word recovery paper and then laminate it on either side with some additional paper so that the words are not visible just by looking at it. If you needed to look at the words you would have to cut the laminate off with scissors. This gives you comfort that nobody has taken a sneak peak at your paper.

Good luck with Ledger people. Very sensitive.
I had 3 unusable devices. They never seemed to want to update and basically stopped working within a few months.
They all had to be sent back. On the bright side, the returns went well. Please note there are other, and better devices out there. At least, ones which work on my devices : )

IN CASE that you some how end up with ledger from 3rd party that has seed phrase or pin already written down for you or for some reasons you have doubts (of course if the device is tamper-proff like they say on official Ledger site) then you should just input wrong pin 3 times and write down new seed phrase and choose also new pin. Then you should be able to use it normally and store coins on it. No need to throw it away if you already paid some money for it. But always only order from official site, this is only in case you made this mistake. 😉

Thank you for another great video! 🙂
Was wondering, if you input the wrong pin 3 times you basically lose all of your crypto right? For example, you didn't empty your ledger and by accident you do this… Even if someone finds your device and do the same. Please let me know what are your thoughts about this. Thanks

What is you views on the Ellipal wallet, The thing I am liking at the Ellipal is the air gap and it hold a load of coin's on it.. I use Nano S at the moment , which only hold the keys to open a lot of wallet to web app.
